Kusunoki Masatsuna (楠木正綱)

Masatsuna KUSUNOKI (1346 - year of death unknown) was a busho (Japanese military commander), who lived during the period of the Northern and Southern Courts. He called himself Sakone no chujo (Middle Captain of the Left Division of Inner Palace Guard). His father was Masayuki KUSUNOKI. His son was Masatomo KUSUNOKI.

When his father died in the Battle of Shijonawate, he was said to be only two years old. Masatsuna himself also served the Southern Court as busho.

Masamichi KUSUNOKI, who took part in the Choroku Conspiracy, was his great-grandson.
